Returns & Refunds Policy
First of all we would like to say thank you! if you are reading this policy then you have probably purchased something from us, are considering purchasing something from us, or have taken the time to browse our store, and we genuinely appreciate that!
with that being said here are a few things you may want to know:
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Some Items and larger orders will incur a 30% Restocking fee.You can always contact us for any details on a product and its return policy. We'll also arrange the return shipping if the return is a result of our error (you received a defective item, Completely different item etc.). If the product is not being returned due to a defect or error on our part you will be expected to pay the shipping costs, but will still receive a refund for the product. Please be aware in some cases there will be a 30% Restocking Fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. DO NOT RETURN WITHOUT VERIFICATION items will be turned away if not approved.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
At the moment we only ship within Canada and currently do not ship to P.O boxes.
At Alpha Hydroponics we try to be as eco friendly as possible and although we are currently looking into new shipping methods, we do reuse old boxes instead of constantly purchasing new ones just for them to be thrown away. We believe this is a more environmentally concious way for us to get you the products you need anywhere in canada.
